Overview
When one thinks of pelletising plant there are allied operations like rear countersink, deep drilling of gun drilled holes to be relieved from outside of pellet die, dimpling, etc. These operations are also involved to achieve flexibility, high production from the time of start of production.
For such operations we can understand your requirement and also provide economical solutions. For example: Rear countersink will help in easy entry of material which will increase the production. Similarly relieving operation will help in increasing the life of the part. These machines are with CNC Systems and require less man hours.

Deep Drilling/ Countering/ Dimpling Machines
•Basic Job - Pallet die with gun drilled holes, Ø8mm maximum drill size.
Two jobs will be loaded at a time.
•Job Size - 1st Spindle max. Outside Dia. range 430-730mm, Height 250mm.
2nd Spindle max. Outside Dia. range 690-1100mm, Height 250mm.
Weight 750Kgs max.
•Operation - Enlarging pre-drilled holes from the external surface by Drilling. e.g. Ø3mm hole to
Ø 3.5mm hole at a depth of 15mm.
•Spindle Heads - Two Spindle Heads, Separate for each Job. Precision Bearings, Power 2HP,Speed variation through VFD, Spindle speed range 2000 - 5000rpm.
•Drill Shank - 20mm max., Drill Collets 2 to 8mm
•Coolant equipment - 40 LPM pump unit with tank and tray.
•Travel - Rotary Axis with reduction gear box inbuilt and face plate for Job holding. Job clamping will be from the back side. Rotation 0-360Degree Roll over.
X Travel – 360mm for both slides, Z Travel – 175mm for both slides.
•Control System - FANUC 0i CNC, 8.4” Color LCD with AC Servo Motors & Drives. Motors are with absolute position feedback. The CNC system is of 3 axis control for each side.
•Job Program - Auto generation of program after entering pellet die data. Automatically calculates the distance of horizontal & Rotary movement and remembers even after machine off. In case of wrong data message will be issued.
•Electrical - Standalone type control panel with Siemens gray powder coated. All Drives, Switch gears and other electrical items will be mounted in this. Separate CNC console for each side.
•Optional - Chip conveyor for chip disposal.
•Over all Size - @4000 X 1600 X 1800mm (LXWXH)
