Overview

Slide Units for Drilling, Reaming can be designed and customized and suited for particular applications. These slides can be readily fitted on machines.

We offer slide units with ball screw/nut assembly and linear guideways suitable for driving through servo motors to build complete assembly of machine. It can be used as a feed unit towards/away from the job fixed in a place.

These can be provided with a feed rate for cutting in the range of 0-2000mm/min.

Rapid rate of 6000mm/min. This could change with respect to Servo motor size.

The unit has features like microswitches, preloaded ball screw, either belt or directly coupled motor, auto lubrication, etc.
