Overview
Multi-spindle Precision, high productive gun drilling machine for Pellet Die production.
Swaraj Automation has more than 60 Gun drill spindles running currently in India and South Korea. Our first Gun Drilling machine was designed in the year 2000. Hence now with 20 experienced years of innovation and continuous development in these machines Swaraj Automation has a niche product to suit the pellet die manufacturing demand.
Machines manufactured have 2,4,6,8 Spindles and drill thousands of holes in a single pellet die.
Maximum Drill Depth is 150mm

Drill Feed - Drill Feed units complete with beds / Slides, Ball screw nut assembly, AC Servo motors for each individual drill head. Feed rate 0-1000mm/min, Rapid 10000 mm/min

Hydraulic (Coolant) - Solenoid valve, Pressure switches, Rotary union for each axis. Steel piping of coolant with proper termination on machine base

Tool Holders - Tool Holders ISO30 front collar clamping and suitable for Ø 10mm drill shank.

Control System - FANUC 0i CNC, 8.4” Color LCD with AC Servo Motors & Drives with Operator panel and indicators. Motors are with absolute position feedback. CNC system is of 4 / 6 / 8 axis control

Job Program - Auto generation of part program after entering pellet die data. Automatically calculates the distance of vertical & Rotary movement and remembers even after machine off. In case of wrong data message will be displayed.

Electrical - Standalone type control panel with Siemens gray powder coated. CNC control will be mounted on one side of panel. All Drives, Switch gears and other electrical items will be mounted in this.

Coolant Equipment - Coolant equipment comprising of clean and dirty tank with filtration, Pumps, Motors, Chiller Unit, Magnetic separator and Oil Chute, transfer pump etc.
